For those Sydney members attending the National Meeting in Tamworth over Easter, an early bird check-in registration will occur on Sunday 17 March 2024 between 9am and midday. A briefing for those members who have volunteered to assist at the National Meeting will also be held commencing at 10:00am.
The early bird registration is being held for Sydney members to reduce the number of people required to register at commencement of the National Meeting at the formal check-in registration on the Friday. Importantly, it will also allow us to test our registration procedures and make any necessary refinements prior to the formal registration. Early bird event registration will include scrutineering of cars being entered.
Your participation in the early bird check-in registration will help us avoid queues on day and save you time to enjoy Tamworth.
To participate in the early bird check-in registration members need to complete their on-line National Meeting registration by 8 March to enable the organisers to compile the necessary paperwork. You can complete your online registration by following this link.
A briefing will also be held on the day for volunteers where each of the National Meeting individual event organisers will run through the requirements for their event. Volunteers for the check-in registration at the National Meeting will be contacted separately to help out at the early bird registration.
